How long do orders take to deliver?

It is our intention to deliver your goods as quickly as we can.

UK orders - Interlink within 3 business days

Please allow all non current season stock 3 days extra as this needs to be ordered from our Warehouse.

In the sale period due to high volume of orders goods might take up to 4 to 5 working days to reach you.

European and World Wide orders  - by DHL within 3 business days

 

How much am I going to have to pay for the delivery?

Uk - £ 7.50

Europe - £ 15

Rest of the world - £ 20

Returns and exchanges are free of charge.

 

To what address can I have my shoes ?

 

To make transactions safer for both parts, we only deliver shoes to the Billing Address.

 

What happens if I am not happy with the shoes?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with our goods or need to exchange* an item for a different size, and the item is unworn and in re-saleable condition (the shoes have no marks and are in the box), you may cancel your order within seven working days of receiving your item. Just send us an email to info@scorahpattullo.com or call us at 00 44 (0)20 7036 7366.

We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the cancellation date and we will make refunds to you within 30 days of the cancellation date.

*Sizes can be exchanged according to our stock. If we do not have the desired size you will receive a refund.

 

Do I have to pay to return or exchange a pair of shoes?

Returns and exchanges are free of charge.

 

How payment refunds are made?

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card excluding postages costs. Please note that we are unable to refund postages costs.

All prices are inclusive of any payable value tax in the UK. Please note that all shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
